黄莪胶囊治疗湿热瘀阻型慢性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔疼痛综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的 评估黄莪胶囊治疗湿热瘀阻型CP/CPPS的有效性。方法 随机选择120例湿热瘀阻型CP/CPPS患者分为2组,每组各60例。对照组口服塞来昔布,试验组口服黄莪胶囊,共治疗4周。分别在治疗前1天和治疗后4周评估NIH-CPSI和中医证候评分,并检测PSEP水平。结果 治疗后,2组的NIH-CPSI各项评分及总分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),在改善排尿症状评分(P<0.05)、症状/生活质量评分(P<0.05)和总分(P<0.05)方面,试验组优于对照组;试验组(P<0.01)和对照组(P<0.05)的中医症状评分相比治疗前均有所降低,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.01);试验组(P<0.01)和对照组(P<0.05)的PSEP水平均比治疗前降低,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 黄莪胶囊可明显改善湿热瘀阻型CP/CPPS患者的临床症状,可用于治疗湿热瘀阻型CP/CPPS。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Huang’e capsules in the treatment of damp⁃heat stasis⁃typed chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome(CP/CPPS).Methods A total of 120 patients with damp⁃heat stasis⁃typed CP/CPPS were randomly divided into two groups,and 60 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were orally administrated with celecoxib,while the patients in the experimental group with Huang’e capsules.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,the National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index(NIH⁃CPSI)and prostate⁃specific extracellular vesicle protein(PSEP)1 day before and 4 weeks after treatment were analyzed to assess the efficacy of drug treatment for damp⁃heat stasis⁃typed CP/CPPS.Results The pain/discomfort symptom score,urinary symptom score,symptom/life quality score,and total score of patients in the control group and the experimental group were all significantly decreased after treatment compared to before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The experimental group was superior to the control group in improving urinary symptoms score(P<0.05),symptom/life quality score(P<0.05),and total score(P<0.05).Simultaneously,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score was also obviously decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group was superior to the control group in attenuating traditional Chinese medicine symptom score(P<0.01).Additionally,the level of PSEP was also significantly decreased in both two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group was superior to the control group in reducing the level of PSEP(P<0.01).Conclusion Huang’e capsules can effectively improve the symptom of damp⁃heat stasis⁃typed CP/CPPS,which will become a better treatment option for patients with damp⁃heat stasis⁃typed CP/CPPS.
