摘  要:被动式节能技术是建筑领域实现双碳战略的有效途径。为研究寒冷地区超低能耗居住建筑节能特性及关键影响因素,以保定某被动式超低能耗建筑为研究对象,采用EnergyPlus构建能耗模型,模拟分析气候、室内人员活动规律、外围护结构保温材料性能对建筑能耗的影响。结果表明,相比于普通节能建筑,寒冷地区超低能耗居住建筑供暖节能率远大于供冷节能率,年节能率约58%。人员活动规律对建筑能耗影响较小。XPS板比岩棉板更具节能潜力,故开发和应用高性能外保温材料是降低寒冷地区超低能耗建筑能耗的主要措施。Passive energy-saving technology is an effective way to achieve the dual-carbon strategy in the construction industry.In order to investigate the energy-saving properties and key influencing factors of passive ultra-low energy consumption residential buildings in cold regions,this study takes a passive ultra-low energy consumption building in Baoding as the research object,EnergyPlus is used to build the energy consumption model,the effects of climate,indoor occupant activity patterns,and the thermal insulation performance of the building envelope structure of the passive ultra-low energy consumption residential building are analyzed respectively.The results indicate that the energy-saving rate in the heating season is much larger than that in the cooling season,and the overall energy-saving rate is about 58%annually.The rule of personnel activity has little influence on building energy consumption.The XPS board has more energy-saving potential than the rock-wool board.The development and application of the high performance external insulation material is a good way to reduce the energy consumption of ultra-low energy consumption residential buildings in cold regions.
