摘  要:故障诊断是装备保障的重要环节,也是开展装备维修的前提。当前针对防化装备的故障诊断多以传统测试仪器结合人工经验的方式进行,诊断效率低,准确性差。为提高防化装备故障诊断的自动化、快速化能力,本文提出了一种基于LabVIEW的防化装备故障诊断软件设计方法,并将其应用于某型淋浴车潜水泵典型故障诊断过程中。软件集成于PXI总线测试仪器平台,采用生产者/消费者主体结构,可根据装备故障现象实现装备故障诊断流程的编辑和自动执行,快速定位故障部位,为开展防化装备维修保障提供技术支撑。Fault diagnosis is an important process in equipment support and a precondition for conducting equipment maintenance.Currently,the fault diagnosis for chemical defense equipment is mostly carried out through traditional testing instruments combined with manual experience,resulting in low diagnostic efficiency and poor accuracy.In order to improve the automation and efficiency of fault diagnosis for chemical defense equipment,a design method for chemical defense equipment fault diagnosis software based on LabVIEW was proposed in this paper,and was applied to the typical fault diagnosis process of a certain type of shower vehicle submersible pump.The software is integrated into the PXI bus testing instrument platform,with a producer/consumer main structure,which can edit and automatically execute the equipment fault diagnosis process according to the equipment fault phenomenon.Also,the software can quickly locate the fault location and provide a technical foundation for the maintenance of chemical defense equipment.
