摘　　要：北京冬奥会留下丰厚的奥运遗产,精神遗产作为其中的无形力量,其价值和实际转化应得到重视,对之进行合理有效的开发和利用,能使其丰硕价值成为造福人民、惠及长远的优质资产。经过研究梳理,认为北京冬奥会精神遗产具体通过申奥三大理念凸显人文关怀的传承,通过奥林匹克新格言和北京冬奥会主题助力构建人类命运共同体,通过北京冬奥会开闭幕式彰显中华文化自信。提出赓续人民至上的冬奥精神,助力体育发展的中国式现代化;传承冬奥德育成果,加快转化体育课程思政建设;开发冬奥文化创意遗产,构建中国特色体育文化体系等路径,藉此实现北京冬奥会精神遗产的转化,加速推动中国冰雪体育事业发展,在新的征程中创造新的辉煌。The Beijing Winter Olympics has left behind a rich Olympic heritage,and as an intangible force,the value and practical transformation of spiritual heritage should be valued.Reasonable and effective development and utilization of it can make its fruitful value become a high-quality asset for the benefit of the people and the long term.After research and sorting,it is believed that the spiritual heritage of the Beijing Winter Olympics specifically highlights the heritage of humanistic care through the three major concepts of the Olympic bidding.Through the new Olympic motto and the theme of the Beijing Winter Olympics,it helps to build a community with a shared future for mankind,through the opening and closing ceremonies of the Beijing Winter Olympics,it showcases the confidence of Chinese culture.It is proposed to continue the winter Olympic spirit of putting people first and helping the Chinese modernization of sports development;to inherit the moral education achievements of the Winter Olympics and accelerate the transformation of the sports curriculum into the construction of the ideological and political construction,and to develop the cultural and creative heritage of the Winter Olympics and build a sports culture system with Chinese characteristics,so as to realize the transformation of the spiritual heritage of the Beijing Winter Olympics,thereby accelerating the development of China's ice and snow sports and creating new glories in the new journey.
