摘 要:为进一步合理利用中国丰富的速生林资源,用国产速生杉木机械分级层板制备了胶合木,并研究了其抗弯性能.结果表明:基于横向振动法杉木层板强度等级中,M22和M18占比达80%以上;胶合木抗弯性能的变异系数较层板显著减小,杉木层板等级与组坯方式对胶合木抗弯性能影响显著;国产速生杉木胶合木最高强度等级可达TC_(T)40,大部分可达到TC_(T)32(TC_(YD)32),其抗弯强度设计值均大于GB 50005—2017《木结构设计标准》中规定的相同等级胶合木的设计值.To better utilize the vast fast‑growing forest resources in China,the bending properties of glulam made from domestically produced machine graded laminas of fast‑growing Chinese fir were studied.The results show that the production of laminas with strength grade M22 and M18 accounts for more than 80%.The bending properties of glulam are significantly influenced by the grade and lay‑up methods of the laminas,and the coefficient of variation of the bending properties is significantly reduced compared to individual lamina.The highest strength grade of glulam made by domestic fast‑growing Chinese fir is TC_(T)40,in which TC_(T)32 or TC_(YD)32 account for most of the production,and the design value of bending strength exceeds the value specified in GB 50005—2017 Standard for Design of Timber Structures.
