商业银行信贷文化对吉林省落实乡村振兴战略的支持作用分析

摘　　要：在吉林省积极推进乡村振兴的背景下,农业产业现代化成为各项工作的重中之重。商业银行的信贷支持对于吉林省农业产业现代体系的构建具有十分重要的作用。我国商业银行由于独特的历史背景、发展环境,形成了以信用文化、责任文化、创新文化为典型特征的信贷文化。这为商业银行在农村地区的业务开展提供了基础,有效促进了商业银行涉农信贷的投放,保证了商业银行对吉林省乡村振兴战略的支持。为确保涉农业务的长期、合规及可持续开展,商业银行的信贷文化仍需进一步优化,包括加强合规文化、员工忠诚度文化、风险防范文化建设以及重视成本控制文化建设等方面。Against the backdrop of actively promoting rural revitalization in Jilin Province,modernization of the agricultural industry has become a top priority in all work.The credit support from commercial banks plays an important role in the construction of the modern agricultural industry system in Jilin Province.Due to the unique historical background and development environment,commercial banks in China have formed a credit culture characterized by credit culture,responsibility culture,and innovation culture.This provides a foundation for the business development of commercial banks in rural areas,effectively promoting the provision of agricultural credit by commercial banks,and ensuring their support for the rural revitalization strategy of Jilin Province.To ensure the long-term,compliant,and sustainable development of agricultural business,the credit culture of commercial banks still needs to be further optimized,including strengthening compliance culture,employee loyalty culture,risk prevention culture construction,and emphasizing cost control culture construction.
