摘  要:甘露糖结合凝集素是集合素蛋白家族的成员,是一种模式识别血清蛋白,可结合多种微生物并激活先天免疫的凝集素补体途径。牛乳腺炎是一种复杂的乳腺炎疾病,常由环境或传染性致病菌于乳房内感染引起,严重影响产奶效益和奶牛健康。该文着重揭示甘露糖结合凝集素基因多态性与奶牛乳腺炎的关系,阐述了国内外奶牛乳腺炎抗病育种相关研究进展。众多研究表明,甘露糖结合凝集素基因的多态性研究是未来探究改善奶牛乳腺炎抵抗性状的关键标记靶点,抗病基因在育种中的应用将是未来研究抗病性和免疫能力的主要方向。Mannose-binding lectin,a member of the lectin family,is a pattern-recognition serum protein that binds a variety of microorganisms and activates the lectin complement pathway.Bovine mastitis is a complex mastitis disease,which is most often caused by environmental or infectious pathogenic bacteria in the breast,which seriously affects the efficiency of milk production and the health of dairy cows.This paper focuses on the relationship between mannose-binding lectin gene polymorphism and dairy cow mastitis,and introduces the research progress of disease resistance breeding of dairy cow mastitis at home and abroad.Many studies have shown that the analysis of mannose-binding lectin polymorphism seems to be a promising indirect marker for improving mastitis resistance in dairy cows,and the application of disease resistance genes in breeding will be the main direction of disease resistance and immunity in the future.
