摘　　要：2019年8月10日,第一例牛结节性皮肤病在我国新疆伊犁哈萨克自治州确诊,此后疫情迅速蔓延至国内其他多个省份,牛群感染后严重影响皮张质量和产奶量,给养殖户造成重大经济损失。该文梳理了现有牛结节性皮肤病应用较为广泛的诊断方法及防控措施的研究进展,主要从临床综合诊断、实验室诊断、防控难点和防控建议等方面进行阐述。On August 10,2019,the first case of lumpy skin disease was confirmed in Yili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture,Xinjiang,China.After that,the epidemic has rapidly spread to many other provinces in China.Seriously affecting the quality of hides and milk production,causing significant economic losses to farmers.This paper reviews the research progress of the widely used diagnostic methods and prevention and control measures for bovine nodular skin diseases,mainly from the aspects of clinical comprehensive diagnosis,laboratory diagnosis,prevention and control difficulties and prevention and control suggestions.
