盐碱胁迫对宁夏水稻籽粒淀粉合成关键酶活性的影响

摘  要:以宁夏优质耐盐碱水稻品种(系)为材料,研究水稻籽粒灌浆期淀粉合成关键酶活性在不同盐碱梯度的变化趋势。试验设3个不同盐碱梯度土壤和1个正常土壤对照,测定5个水稻品种籽粒中ADPG焦磷酸化酶、淀粉合成酶的变化。结果表明,供试的5个水稻品种(系)籽粒中的两种酶活性均呈单峰曲线变化;随着盐碱胁迫增加,两种酶活性受盐碱胁迫的影响,抑制作用明显。不同水稻品种籽粒中酶活性对盐碱胁迫的反应不同,随着盐碱胁迫增加,两种酶活性变化缓慢;在重度盐碱胁迫下,与对照相比较酶活性峰值出现的时间推迟并且数值较低。Using high-quality salt-alkali tolerant rice varieties from Ningxia as materials,the changes in activity of key enzymes involved in starch synthesis during the grain filling stage of rice under different salt-alkali gradients were studied.Three different salt-alkali gradients of soil and one normal soil were used as treatments,and the changes in activity of ADPG pyrophosphorylase and starch synthase were measured in the grains of five rice varieties after flowering.The results showed that the activity of both enzymes in the grains of the five rice varieties followed a unimodal curve.The activity of both enzymes was significantly affected and inhibited by salt-alkali stress as the salt-alkali stress increased.The response of enzyme activity in different rice varieties to salt-alkali stress was different.With increasing salt-alkali stress,the changes in activity of both enzymes were slow,and under severe salt-alkali stress,the peak of enzyme activity occurred later and had lower values compared to the control.
