摘　　要：我国较早提出建设“研究型医院”,但针对研究型医院的评价指标体系并没有较为成熟的理论框架可供使用或借鉴,国家政策更是甚少提及。对此,比较和总结现有研究型医院评价指标体系,分析指标特征,有助于理解研究型医院的内涵,指导研究型医院评价指标体系构建。In China,it was proposed earlier to build"research-oriented hospitals".However,there is currently no unified and authoritative definition of the connotation and standards of research-oriented hospitals,and national policies rarely mention research-oriented hospitals.The article compares and summarizes the existing evaluation indicator systems of various research hospitals,analyzes their commonalities and individual characteristics,and thus helps to understand the connotation of research-oriented hospitals and guide the construction of evaluation indicator system for research-oriented hospitals.
