摘　　要：医药购销领域腐败作为医疗行业的痼疾顽症,不仅败坏行业风气,影响人民群众的健康获得感,而且阻碍“健康中国”战略目标的顺利实现。当前,医疗行业正掀起新一轮的反腐风暴,国家下决心集中整治医药领域腐败问题。从刑事司法判例的实证角度分析,我国医药购销领域腐败问题较为严重,其原因是复杂多元的,具有一定的行业性、历史性和系统性,需要内外兼治、综合施策。As a serious problem in the medical industry,corruption in the in the field of medicine purchasing and selling,not only corrupts the industry atmosphere and affects the people's sense of health gain,but also hinders the smooth realization of the strategic goal of the Healthy China.Currently,a new round of anti-corruption storm has been launched in the medical industry,and the government has made up its mind to concentrate on cracking down on corruption in the medical industry.From the empirical perspective of criminal judicial precedents,the problems of corruption in the field of medicine purchasing and selling are relatively serious in China.The reasons are complex and diverse,with certain industry,historical,and systematic characteristics,requiring both internal and external governance and comprehensive implementation.
