摘　　要：当前,公立医院的主流运营管理模式是直线职能管理体系和组团式运营管理团队模式,对专科医院来说,这两种模式都难以复制和落地。某眼科中心从组织架构、分工机制、工作模式与工作内容等方面,探索专科医院的运营管理模式,并创新性提出总会计师与分管领导的不同角色定位,将运营管理与业务科室、职能科室的本职工作相结合,坚持一岗多责、一专多能的职业发展路径,为专科医院的运营管理提供了新的思路。At present,the main operation management models of public hospitals are the linear functional management system and the group-based operation management team model.However,for specialized hospitals,both models are difficult to replicate and implement.In terms of organizational structure,division of labor mechanism,work mode,and work content,a certain ophthalmic center has explored the operation management model of specialized hospitals.This article innovatively proposes the different roles of the chief accountant and the responsible leader,combining operation management with the work of business departments and functional departments,adhering to the career development path of multiple responsibilities and abilities in one position,providing new ideas for the operation management of specialized hospitals.
