摘  要:党的十八大以来,海南省不断提升科技创新综合能力,大力发展热带特色高效农业,农业科技已成为助力海南省农业发展的重要引擎。利用C-D生产函数和增长速度方程对2000—2021年海南省的相关数据进行测算,分析显示,海南省在这一时期的农业科技进步贡献率达到了65.69%。通过回归结果发现,海南省劳动力的投入产出弹性系数较资本和播种面积高,即农业劳动力对农业总产值的贡献最大。今后,为提升农业总产值,应该加大高素质农业劳动力的投入,控制支农资金和土地的投入规模,提高其利用效率;同时,还要重视农业科技的作用,加大农业科技的投入力度。Since the 18th CPC National Congress,Hainan Province has continuously improved the comprehensive capacity of science and technology innovation,vigorously developing efficient agriculture with tropical characteristics,and agricultural science and technology has become an important engine to help Hainan Province's agricultural development.Using the C-D production function and the growth rate equation to measure the relevant data of Hainan Province from 2000 to 2021,the analysis shows that the contribution rate of agricultural scientific and technological progress in Hainan Province in this period reached 65.69%.The regression results analysis showed that the input-output elasticity coefficient of labor in Hainan Province is higher than that of capital and sown area,i.e.,the agricultural labor force contributes the most to the total agricultural output value.In the future,to enhance the total agricultural output value,we should increase the input of high-quality agricultural labor,control the input scale of agricultural capital and land,and improve its utilization efficiency;at the same time,we should also pay atten-tion to the role of agricultural science and technology,and increase the input of agricultural science and technology.
