加味紫归油滴鼻治疗干燥性鼻炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察“加味紫归油”滴鼻治疗干燥性性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法就诊于中国中医科学院西苑医院耳鼻喉科的干燥性性鼻炎患者120例,采用随机数字表法随机分为三组,治疗A组即加味紫归油组(60例),阳性药物对照B1组即复方薄荷油组(30例),基质对照B2组即香油组(30例),每日早晚各1次滴鼻,每次每鼻孔2滴,疗程1周,治疗前后分别对三组患者进行干燥性鼻炎症状体征分级评分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,记录入组患者药物起效时间,入组1月时复发情况,记录试验期间不良反应,对“加味紫归油”的临床疗效进行评价。结果共有114例患者完成试验,经加味紫归油治疗后患者VAS评分、干燥性鼻炎症状体征分级量化评分均较入组时明显下降,VAS量表治疗前后各项评分的差异比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),症状体征分级量化评分在改善鼻干燥感、涕中带血、鼻腔黏膜、鼻腔痂皮、利特区黏膜糜烂方面,分值变化均优于两组对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味紫归油治疗干燥性鼻炎起效快,疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Modified Zigui Oil in the treatment of rhinitis sicca.Methods A total of 120 patients with rhinitis sicca admitted to otorhinolaryngology department of Xiyuan Hospital of Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into 3 groups by random number table method:treatment group A(Modified Zigui Oil nasal drops,60 cases),positive drug control group B1(compound menthol nasal drops,30 cases),matrix control group B2(sesame oil,30 cases),with nasal drops twice a day and 2 drops per nostril for 1 week.The symptoms and signs of rhinitis sicca and visual analog scale(VAS)scores were performed before and after treatment in the three groups respectively.The onset time of drugs in the enrolled patients,the recurrence situation at 1 month after enrollment,and the adverse reactions during the trial were recorded,and the clinical efficacy of Modified Zigui Oil was evaluated.Results A total of 114 patients completed the experiment.After treatment with Modified Zigui Oil,the VAS score and the quantitative grading score of symptoms and signs of rhinitis sicca were significantly decreased compared with the group,and the difference of scores on the VAS scale before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Symptom and sign grading quantified score was better than control group in improving nasal dryness,blood in nose,nasal mucosa,nasal scab and Little mucosal erosion,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Zigui Oil could significantly improve the symptoms and signs of rhinitis sicca patients,with clear curative effect and good safety.
