摘　　要：目的探究喉癌患者及照顾者在疾病不同阶段的护理照护需求,为提供精准护理服务提供参考依据。方法2022年1月~2022年5月采用目的抽样法选取江苏省某三级甲等医院耳鼻咽喉科19位患者及照顾者为研究对象,收集其关于护理照护的需求信息,并以Swanson关怀理论为框架整理分析结果。结果不同疾病阶段的患者及照顾者护理照护需求存在不同侧重点,疾病确诊阶段侧重于相互安慰与陪伴;住院治疗阶段,转而寻求医护人员及家属提供的信息支持与疾病照护;出院早期阶段,患者更加重视自我赋能,照顾者则转为促进家庭支持照护能力成长;长期随访阶段,需强化患者自我管理及家庭功能重建。结论针对处于不同疾病阶段的喉癌患者和照顾者,应根据患者及照顾者的实际需求为其提供个性化、精准的护理照护。Objective To explore the needs of patients with laryngeal cancer and their caregivers for clinical nursing practice,so as to provide reference for providing precision nursing services.Methods From January 2022 to May 2022,19 patients and their caregivers from the otolaryngology department of a hospital in Jiangsu Province were selected as research objects by the purpose sampling method based on the principle of maximum differentiation.Based on Swanson's caring theory,the transcription results were encoded,summarized and analyzed.Results Patients and caregivers at different stages of the disease show different nursing practice needs.At the stage of diagnosis of the disease,patients and caregivers focus more on mutual comfort and companionship.In the hospitalization stage,they turn to the information support and disease care needs provided by medical staff and family members.In the early stage of discharge,patients pay more attention to self-empowerment,and caregivers turn toward the development of family support and care ability.In the long-term follow-up period,self-management and family function reconstruction should be strengthened.Conclusion For laryngeal cancer patients and caregivers at different disease stages,personalized and precise nursing services should be provided according to the actual needs of them.
