摘　　要：突发性聋属于中医“暴聋”“卒聋”、“厥聋”的范畴。不仅是临床常见病、疑难病症,还是五官科急症,从古至今历代医家对突聋有着诸多看法,其内外治法多种多样,针灸、推拿按摩、电针、耳穴压丸等对治疗本病都有疗效确切,且副作用少。现将近5年中医外治法治疗突聋研究进展做以下综述。Sudden Hearing Loss belongs to the category of“sudden deafness”,“stroke deafness”and“syncope deafness”in Chinese medicine.It is not only a common and difficult clinical disease,but also an emergency in Pentacameral Medicine.From ancient times to the present,doctors of all generations have many views on sudden deafness,and there are various internal and external treatments,such as acupuncture,acupressure massage,electroacupuncture,and auricular pressure pills,etc.The treatment of this disease has a precise efficacy and has fewer side effects.Now we will review the progress of research on the treatment of sudden deafness by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the past 5 years as follows.
