摘　　要：慢性肾脏病是临床常见病,蛋白尿是其常见临床症状,也是其发展、恶化的独立因素,治疗蛋白尿是延缓肾功能恶化的重要一环。中医常将蛋白尿归于“尿浊”的范畴,认为其发生与精微外泄密切相关,在治疗方面具有独特的优势和显著的疗效。文章对近年来尿浊的中医主要治法进行了梳理,对从玄府论治、从六经论治、从风论治、从湿热论治、从瘀论治、从脏腑论治进行了评述,以期为中医药治疗尿浊的临床研究提供新的思路。Proteinuria is a common clinical symptom of chronic kidney disease,which is a common disease.It is an independent risk factor for chronic renal failure progression.Therefore,the treatment of proteinuria is a vital part of delaying the deterioration of renal function.In the long history of development,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)regards proteinuria as“turbid urine”,believing that its occurrence is closely related to subtle leakage,and has unique advantages and significant curative effects in treatment.Here is to comb the main traditional Chinese medical treatment methods of turbid urine for recent years,and review them from the aspects of treatments based on Xuanfu,six meridians,wind,dampness-heat,blood stasis and viscera.And this paper is expected to provide new ideas and clinical research on the treatment of turbid urine with TCM.
