摘 要:为了解决钛合金薄壁构件热成形效率低、成本高、组织性能控制难度大等问题,近年来钛合金冷模热冲压成形技术受到关注。在该新技术中利用室温模具对加热后的钛合金板材进行快速冲压成形和模内快速冷却,由于取消了模具加热,可以变革性地提高钛合金薄壁构件成形效率、降低成本。然而,与传统等温成形不同,在冷模热冲压成形过程中,钛合金板材温度不断下降,这对钛合金成形极限、回弹及组织性能等的控制提出了全新的挑战。分析了钛合金薄壁构件冷模热冲压成形技术特点及存在的问题,归纳了快速加热对钛合金组织性能的影响规律,综述了钛合金薄壁构件快速加热冷模热冲压成形工艺进展,最后对该技术未来的发展方向进行了展望。To solve the problems of low efficiency,high cost,difficulty in controlling microstructure and performance of thin-walled titanium alloy components during hot forming,the cold-die hot stamping forming technology for titanium alloy attracted much attention in recent years.In this new technology,the heated titanium alloy sheet is rapidly stamped and cooled in the die by using the room temperature die.Due to the elimination of the die heating,the forming efficiency of titanium alloy thin-walled component is transformationalloy improved and the cost is reduced.However,different from the traditional isothermal forming,the temperature of titanium alloy sheet decreases continuously during cold-die hot stamping forming process,which brings a new challenge to the control of titanium alloy forming limits,springback,microstructure and performance.The characteristics and problems of cold-die hot stamping forming technology for thin-walled titanium alloy components were analyzed,the effect laws of rapid heating on the microstructure and performance of titanium alloy were summarized,the development of rapid heating process for thin-walled titantium alloy components and the future development of this technology was prospected.
