摘 要:带筋薄壁筒形件是航空航天领域的重要承载构件,采用塑性整体制造能够高效地成形出金属流线完整的带筋薄壁筒形件,是实现空天装备轻量化、提升性能的重要手段。针对带筋薄壁筒形件加筋结构,从加工理论、材料成形规律和工艺参数优化3个方面综述了带单筋薄壁筒形件、带纵横交叉筋薄壁筒形件、带螺旋交叉筋薄壁筒形件的整体成形方法。此外,对比了不同结构筋条在各加工方法下的成形参数和成筋特点,归纳了各类整体成形方法的优点与局限性,总结了带筋薄壁筒形件整体成形方法的发展趋势,对成形更高、更饱满均匀的加强筋进行展望。Thin-walled cylinders with ribs are important load-bearing components in the aerospace field.The plastic integrated manufacturing can efficiently form the thin-walled cylinders with ribs and complete metal streamline,which is an important means to realize the lightweight of aerospace equipment and the improvement of its performance.Aiming at the stiffener structure of thin-walled cylinders with ribs,the integral forming methods of thin-walled cylinders with single rib,thin-walled cylinders with cross ribs,and thin-walled cylinders with helical ribs were reviewed from three perspectives:processing theories,material forming laws,and process parameters optimization.In addition,the forming parameters and characteristics of ribs with different structures under different processing methods were compared.The advantages and limitations of various integral forming methods were summarized.The development trend of integral forming methods for thin-walled cylinders with ribs was reviewed,and the prospect of forming higher,fuller and more uniform reinforcing ribs was presented.
