摘  要:轨道踏面结构疲劳破坏是轨道式集装箱门式起重机(轨道吊)上小车轨道踏面损伤的主要表现形式,准确分析小车轨道踏面的累积疲劳寿命对保障轨道吊的安全运行至关重要.以广州港某轨道吊的轨道踏面为研究对象,通过对某轨道吊的轨道踏面长时间的现场监测,获得轨道踏面在不同负载下的应力状况.然后,利用多体动力学软件ADAMS和有限元软件ANSYS对轨道踏面仿真研究,获得模拟的应力状况;将两种模拟获得的应力与实测结果进行对比分析,判断动力学和静力学仿真的可行性.其次,使用多体动力学软件和静力学软件的应力数据对轨道踏面进行疲劳寿命预测,获得轨道踏面的累积疲劳寿命;再将动力学仿真和静力学的仿真结果对比分析,提高轨道寿命预测的精确性.最后,结合可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)大数据库计算出轨道踏面的剩余疲劳寿命.本研究验证了动力学和静力学仿真的可行性以及预测疲劳寿命的准确性,以期为港口轨道吊结构损伤故障分析提供参考依据.The fatigue damage of the track tread structure is the main manifestation of the damage of the trolley track tread on the orbital container gantry crane(orbital crane),and the accurate analysis of the accumulated fatigue life of the trolley track tread is essential to ensure the safe operation of the orbital crane.Taking the rail tread of a rail crane in Guangzhou port as the research object,the stress condition of the rail tread under different loads was obtained by monitoring the rail tread of a rail crane on site for a long time.Then,the multi-body dynamics software ADAMS and finite element software ANSYS are used to simulate the rail tread and obtain the simulated stress condition;the stresses obtained from the two simulations are compared and analyzed with the measured results to judge the feasibility of the dynamics and static simulation.Secondly,the fatigue life of the track tread is predicted by using the stress data of multi-body dynamics software and statics software to obtain the accumulated fatigue life of the track tread;then the simulation results of dynamics and statics are compared and analyzed to improve the accuracy of the track life prediction.Finally,the remaining fatigue life of the rail tread is calculated by combining the large database of the programmable logic controller(PLC).This study verifies the feasibility of the kinetic and static simulation and the accuracy of the predicted fatigue life,in order to provide a reference basis for the structural damage failure analysis of port rail cranes.
