摘  要:为了分析和改善石灰加入转炉参与造渣脱磷后剩余自由氧化钙的问题,以某钢厂250 t转炉为研究对象,基于稳定的底吹氩气、顶吹氧气的操作条件和炉内换热条件,建立了石灰溶解反应模型。与非等温非稳态计算得到的复吹转炉流场和温度场相耦合,以石灰在渣中的利用率、反应速率及自由氧化钙含量为指标分析不同粒径石灰在不同成分炉渣中的溶解反应效果。结果表明:石灰的反应速率随着石灰直径的增大而减小,8 mm石灰在炉渣中的利用率最高,为86%;在编号为S3的炉渣中溶解后剩余自由氧化钙质量分数最低,约为9%,其余炉渣中自由氧化钙含量由低到高依次为S2、S1、S4。In order to analyze and improve the problem of residual free calcium oxide after lime is added to the converter to participate in slag dephosphorization,a dissolution reaction model of lime in the slag was analyzed in a 250t converter,based on the fixed operating conditions for blowing argon,top blowing oxygen and heat exchange conditions in the furnace.The model is coupled with flow field and temperature field of the combined blowing converter,and the utilization rate,reaction rate and free calcium oxide content of lime in the slag were used as indicators to analyze the dissolution reaction effect of lime in the slag.The results show that,the reaction rate of lime decreases with the increase of lime diameter,and the utilization ratio of lime diameter in 8mm is highest,up to 86%.After dissolved in the S3 slag,the remaining free calcium oxide content is the lowest,about 9 wt.%,and the free calcium oxide content dissolved in the other slags is S2,S1 and S4 arranged in increasing order.
