摘  要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、洛氏硬度计和RTec摩擦机等仪器研究了Si含量的变化对Cr10高铬铸铁显微组织,硬度和耐磨性的影响。结果表明,随着Si含量的增加,共晶碳化物含量增加,碳化物尺寸细化,硬度也随之提高。经油淬+低温回火后,铸铁表层的硬度和耐磨性随Si含量的增加而提升。然而随着Si含量的增加,铸铁的临界冷却速度逐渐增加,淬透性下降。2.7Si试样在距离淬火界面2 mm处的硬度为62.6HRC,比0.8Si试样提高了1HRC。干滑动往复摩擦磨损试验表明:与0.8Si铸铁相比,2.7Si铸铁的平均磨损体积仅有0.1061 mm~3,磨损量减少了26.5%。The influence of Si content on microstructure,hardness and wear resistance of high chromium cast iron with Cr10 was studied by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,Rockwell hardness tester and RTec friction machine.The results show that with the increase of Si content,the eutectic carbide content increases,the carbides size have been refined and the hardness of cast iron increases accordingly.After oil quenching and low temperature tempering,the hardness and wear resistance of cast iron surface increase with the increase of silicon content.However,with the increase of Si content,the critical cooling rate of cast iron gradually increases and the hardenability decreases.The hardness of the 2.7Si sample is 62.6HRC at 2mm from the quenching interface,1HRC higher than the 0.8Si sample.The dry sliding reciprocating friction and wear test shows that the average wear volume of the 2.7Si cast iron is only 0.1061mm3 and the wear amount is reduced by 26.5%compared with the 0.8Si cast iron.
