摘 要:针对传统立式砂仓工作模式充填效率慢,放砂浓度低且不稳定的问题,提出一种连续高浓度稳定放砂的工作模式,储砂高度的保持是此工作模式的关键。先通过离心试验探究了底流浓度随储砂高度变化的函数关系,再通过静态沉降试验得到进料参数,以流体力学软件对立式砂仓储砂过程进行模拟分析,验证其函数关系的可行性,并运用动网格技术对不同储砂高度放砂过程的放砂浓度、溢流浓度和砂面高度变化进行模拟监测,综合探究最佳储砂高度,为立式砂仓连续放砂的研究提供重要参考。结果表明:数值模拟计算值与函数关系计算值没有显著性差异,底流浓度随储砂高度变化的函数关系是可行的;11.8 m为立式砂仓连续高浓度稳定放砂的最佳储砂高度。Aiming at the problems of slow filling efficiency and low and unstable sand discharge concentration in the traditional vertical sand silo working mode,a continuous high-concentration and stable sand discharge working mode is proposed,and the maintenance of sand storage height is the key to this working mode.In this paper,the centrifugal test is used to investigate the functional relationship between the underflow concentration and the sand storage height,and then the static settlement test is used to obtain the feeding parameters,and the hydrodynamic software is used to simulate and analyze the sand storage process of the vertical sand storage,to verify the feasibility of the functional relationship,and the dynamic mesh technology is used to simulate and monitor the sand discharge concentration,overflow concentration and sand surface height change of sand discharge process with different storage heights,and to investigate the optimal sand storage height,and to provide a comprehensive solution to the problem.The simulated monitoring of sand discharge concentration and sand surface height changes during sand discharge at different storage heights using dynamic grid technology is used to comprehensively investigate the optimal sand storage height,which provides an important reference for the study of continuous sand discharge from vertical sand silo.The results show that:there is no significant difference between the numerical simulation and the functional relationship,and the functional relationship between the underflow concentration and the sand storage height is feasible;11.8m is the optimal sand storage height for the vertical sand silo to continuously discharge sand with high concentration and stability.
