摘　　要：目的对质量控制管理内容进行分析,探究疾控系统微生物检验质量控制的应用成效。方法抽取2020年9月—2022年5月枣庄市市中区疾病预防控制中心采集的微生物标本126份,分为对照组、研究组,每组63份,同时,抽取疾病预防控制中心内工作人员进行分析,总计39名,并进行常规管理、质量控制管理。比较微生物标本检验合格率、质量管理效果、疾控系统工作人员满意度水平。结果研究组微生物标本检验合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组工作人员在专业操作、信息记录方面和对照组相比居更高水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组工作人员满意度较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论和常规管理模式相比,质量控制管理模式更具优势,既可保障疾控系统微生物检验质量,又能提高疾控中心工作人员满意度水平。Objective To analyze the content of quality control management,and explore the application effect of quality control in microbial examination in disease control system.Methods One hundred and twenty-six microbial samples collected by Zaozhuang Shizhong District Disease Control and Prevention Center from September 2020 to May 2022 were selected.They were divided into the control group and study group,with sixty-three samples per group.At the same time,a total of thirty-nine staff members from the Disease Control and Prevention Center were selected for analysis,and then routine management and quality control management were provided.The qualified rate of microbial sample inspection,the quality management effect,the satisfaction level of the staff of the disease control system were compared.Results The qualified rate of microbial samples in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the staff of the study group was at a higher level in professional operation and information recording,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group staff had higher performance,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional management mode,the quality control management mode has more advantages,which can not only guarantee the quality of microbial inspection of the disease control system,but also improve the satisfaction level of the CDC staff.
