护理层级管理在提升护理服务质量中应用的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析护理层级管理在提升护理服务质量中应用的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月在湖南省中西医结合医院呼吸内科参与护理工作的22名护理人员作为研究对象,2021年1—12月实施传统管理模式(层级管理前),2022年1—12月实施护理层级管理模式(层级管理后)。对比层级管理前后护理人员的护理服务质量、对专业知识和技能的掌握情况、护理出错率和纠纷率。结果层级管理后,护理人员的护理服务质量评分高于层级管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理人员对专业知识和技能的掌握度高于层级管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);层级管理后护理出错率(4.55%)和纠纷率(4.55%)均低于层级管理前(27.27%、31.82%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.247、5.500,P<0.05)。结论在护理管理中,护理层级管理模式的实施能提升护理质量,增强护理人员对自身专业知识和技能的掌握度,降低护理出错率和纠纷率。Objective To analyze the effect of the application of nursing level management in improving the quality of nursing service.Methods A total of 22 nurses who participated in nursing work in the respiratory department of Hunan Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.The traditional management mode was implemented from January 2021 to December 2021(before nursing level management),and the nursing level management mode was implemented from January 2022 to December 2022(after nursing level management).The quality of nursing service before and after hierarchical management,the mastery of professional knowledge and skills of nursing staff,nursing error rate and dispute rate before and after nursing level management were compared.Results The nursing service quality score after nursing level management management was higher than that before nursing level management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nurses'mastery of professional knowledge and skills after nursing level management management was higher than that before nursing level managemen,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing error rate(4.55%)and dispute rate(4.55%)after hierarchical management were lower than those before nursing level management(27.27%,31.82%),and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.247,5.500,P<0.05).Conclusion In nursing management,the implementation of nursing level management model can improve the quality of nursing,enhance the nursing staff's mastery of their own professional knowledge and skills,reduce the rate of nursing errors and disputes.
