细节管理在医院供应室工作中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨细节管理在医院供应室工作中的应用。方法选取2022年1—12月江苏省南通市通州区第八人民医院供应室的器械700件及工作人员6名为研究对象。将2022年7月前的器械350件作为对照组,将2022年7月后器械350件作为研究组,两组人员无变化。对照组实施常规管理,研究组实施细节管理,对比两组器械处理合格情况、不良事件发生率及管理质量评分。结果研究组器械回收、清洗、包装、灭菌、发放合格情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良事件(器械损坏、遗失、标识不明、数目差错、型号不符)总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组工作人员管理质量(服务意识、安全问题辨别能力、风险防范意识)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节管理在医院供应室工作中的应用效果显著。Objective To explore the application of detail management in the work of hospital supply room.Methods 700 equipment and 6 staff in the supply room of Nantong Tongzhou District Eighth People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.350 devices before July 2022 were set as the control group,and 350 devices after July 2022 were set as the study group.There was no change in personnel.The control group implemented routine management,and the study group implemented detail management.The qualified condition of devices management,the incident rate of adverse events and the management quality scores were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified condition of recovery,cleaning,packaging,sterilization and distribution of the devices were better in the study group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse events(damage,loss,unclear identification,number error and model discrepancy)in the study group were lower than those in the contol group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The management quality scores(service awareness,security problem identification ability and risk prevention awareness)of the staff in the study group were higher than those in the contol group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of detail management in the work of hospital supply room is remarkable.
