药房拆零药品质量风险管理的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析药房拆零药品质量风险管理的效果。方法选取2020年11月—2022年10月淄博市中心医院40名药房工作人员作为研究对象,以2021年10月为时间节点,将2020年11月—2021年10月实施常规药品管理以及500份拆零药品设定为对照组,而将2021年11月—2022年10月实施质量风险管理以及500份拆零药品设定为观察组。分析两组药品差错事件发生率、药房管理质量、工作人员满意度。结果观察组差错事件发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组药房管理质量各维度评分均明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施质量风险管理,可提升药房管理质量以及工作人员满意度,降低药品差错事件发生率,保障患者用药安全。Objective To analyze the effect of quality risk management of dismantled drugs in pharmacy.Methods 40 pharmacy workers in Zibo Central Hospital from November 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Taking October 2021 as the time node,the implementation of routine drug management and 500 disassembled drugs from November 2020 to October 2021 were set as the control group.The observation group was set to implement quality risk management and 500 dismantled drugs from November 2021 to October 2022.The incidence of drug error events,pharmacy management quality and staff satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed.Results The incidence of error events in the observation group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of each dimension of pharmacy management quality in the observation group were significantly higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of quality risk management can improve the quality of pharmacy management and staff satisfaction,reduce the incidence of drug error events,and ensure the safety of patients.
