摘　　要：目的分析药剂科实施5S管理模式在医院抗菌药物的合理应用中的价值。方法选择2021年1月—2022年12月在济南市第七人民医院药剂科工作的30名工作人员为研究对象,2021年1—12月期间应用传统管理模式的工作人员为对照组,2022年1—12月应用5S管理模式的工作人员为研究组,两组均为同一批工作人员,对比两组人员工作质量。结果研究组记录书写、差错事件、工作态度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组对药剂科和抗菌药物等知识的掌握评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组工作人员对管理模式的意见评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药剂科实施5S管理模式在医院抗菌药物的合理应用中价值较高,该管理模式能够使药剂科的工作人员工作效率、质量得到提升,增强工作人员对药剂科和抗菌药物等知识的掌握情况。Objective To analyze the value of 5s management mode in rational application of antibiotics in hospital.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,30 staff working in the Pharmacy Department of Jinan Seventh People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.The staff of the traditional management mode from January to December 2021 were the control group,and the staff of the 5S management mode from January to December 2022 were the research group.Both groups were the same staff.Compared the work quality of the two groups.Results The scores of record writing,error events and work attitude in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the knowledge of pharmacy and antibacterial drugs in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The staff's opinion score of the management mode in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The 5s management mode implemented by the pharmacy department has a high value in the rational application of antibiotics in hospitals.This management mode can improve the work efficiency and quality of the staff in the pharmacy department and enhance the staff's knowledge of pharmacy and antibacterial drugs.
