加强医学生生殖伦理学教育与生殖医学人才培养的探讨

摘　　要：生殖医学作为一门专门治疗不孕症的新兴学科,要求生殖医学从业人员不仅要具有较高的专业技术水平,还要具有较强的伦理分析及应答能力。该文分析了医学生生殖伦理教学现状,指出存在缺乏教学规划、缺乏统一教材、缺乏师资、缺少适宜教学方法等问题,并提出相应的加强教学的建议。Reproductive medicine,as a new discipline specializing in the treatment of infertility,requires reproductive medicine practitioners to not only have a high level of professional technology,but also have strong ethical analysis and response ability.This article analyzes the current situation of reproductive ethics teaching for medical students,points out the lack of teaching plan,lack of unified teaching materials,lack of teachers,lack of appropriate teaching methods and other problems,and points out the corresponding suggestions to strengthen the teaching.
