摘  要:纳米二氧化钛(TiO_(2))在聚丙烯(PP)中的分散性与材料的力学性能和抗菌性能密切相关。文章采用双螺杆挤出机将PP、TiO_(2)、N,N'-乙撑双硬脂酰胺(EBS)和马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)共混,制备出不同分散剂EBS含量的PP/TiO_(2)共混物,比较了分散剂EBS和增容剂PP-g-MAH对TiO_(2)在PP中分散性与抗菌效果的影响。结果表明:EBS和PP-g-MAH均能够提高TiO_(2)与PP的相容性,PP/TiO_(2)复合材料的力学性能和抗菌性能均有所提高。小分子EBS能够进入PP相区,导致PP晶体规整度降低,阻碍形成片晶结构。PP-g-MAH作为桥梁增加了TiO_(2)与PP的相容性并诱导PP提前结晶,使PP/TiO_(2)共混物具有更好的结晶结构和更高的抗菌活性。The dispersion of nano-titanium dioxide(TiO2)in polypropylene(PP)is closely related to the mechanical and antibacterial properties of the material.PP,TiO2,N,N'-ethylene bis-stearamide(EBS),and maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene(PP-g-MAH)were blended using a twin-screw extruder to prepare PP/TiO2 blends with different dispersant EBS content.The effects of dispersant EBS and compatibilizer PP-g-MAH on the dispersion and antibacterial effect of TiO2 in PP were compared.The results show that both EBS and PP-g-MAH can improve the compatibility between TiO2 and PP,resulting in enhanced mechanical and antibacterial properties of the PP/TiO2 blends.The small molecule EBS can enter the PP phase region,reducing the regularity of PP crystals and hindering the formation of lamellar crystal structures.PP-g-MAH,acting as a bridge,increases the compatibility between TiO2 and PP,inducing early crystallization of PP,leading to a better crystalline structure and higher antibacterial activity of the PP/TiO2 blends.
