摘 要:文章通过预聚体法制备纳米黏土掺杂的聚氨酯复合材料,对改性聚氨酯复合材料的拉伸性能、耐磨性能、热学性能、形状记忆性能进行测试,探究不同纳米黏土掺量对聚氨酯复合材料综合性能的影响。结果表明:掺入纳米黏土显著改善了聚氨酯复合材料的拉伸性能和耐磨性能,促进了聚氨酯复合材料中氢键相互作用,提升了聚氨酯复合材料的耐热性,改善了复合材料的形状记忆性能。当纳米黏土掺量为5%时,聚氨酯复合材料的拉伸强度及断裂伸长率达到最高,分别为44.6 MPa和678.85%;磨损量达到最低,为51.22 mg;T_(5%),T_(10%)分别为295.2℃、325.4℃。相比纯聚氨酯,纳米黏土-聚氨酯复合材料具有优异的耐热性、力学性能和形状记忆性能。The preparation of polyurethane composites with nano-clay blends was conducted through the pre-aggregation method.The tensile properties,wear resistance,thermal properties,and shape memory properties of modified polyurethane composites were tested to explore the effects of varying nanoclay content on the overall properties of polyurethane composites.The results show that the incorporation of nanoclay significantly improves the tensile properties and wear resistance of polyurethane composites,promotes the hydrogen bond interaction within polyurethane composites,increases the heat resistance of polyurethane composites,and improves the shape memory properties of composites.When the nanoclay content is 5%,the polyurethane composite achieves its highest tensile strength of 44.6 MPa and fracture elongation of 678.85%.The wear resistance is minimized at 51.22 mg,and the thermal degradation temperatures at 5%and 10%nanoclay content are 295.2℃and 325.4℃,respectively.Compared to pure polyurethane,nanoclay polyurethane composites exhibit excellent heat resistance,mechanical properties,and shape memory properties.
