摘  要:文章建立了测定可生物降解材料中己二酸酯类和柠檬酸酯类增塑剂气相色谱-质谱分析方法。样品经过正己烷提取,选择离子监测模式检测目标化合物,采用外标法定量。对提取溶剂体积、样品质量和仪器分析条件进行优化,探究检测方法的线性关系、加标回收率、精密度、检出限和定量限。结果表明:己二酸酯类和柠檬酸酯类增塑剂在0.25~10.00 mg/L范围内呈良好线性,加标回收率在91%~98%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.37%~2.65%,方法检出限为0.001~0.063 mg/L,定量限为0.004~0.210 mg/L。该方法准确可靠,重现性和加标回收率较好,适合用于可生物降解材料中己二酸酯类和柠檬酸酯类增塑剂的定性和定量检测。A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method was established for the determination of adipate and citrate plasticizers in biodegradable materials.The samples were extracted by n-hexane,and the target compounds were detected in the selected ion monitoring mode,with quantification performed using an external standard method.Optimization of the extraction solvent volume,sample mass,and instrumental analysis conditions was conducted,and the linear relationship,spiked recovery,precision,detection limit,and quantification limit of the detection method were explored.The results show that the adipate and citrate plasticizers exhibit good linearity in the range of 0.25 to 10.00 mg/L,with spiked recovery rates ranging from 91%to 98%.The relative standard deviations(RSD)are between 1.37%and 2.65%.The detection limits of the method are in the range of 0.001 to 0.063 mg/L,and the quantification limits are in the range 0.004 to 0.210 mg/L.The method is accurate,reliable,and exhibits good reproducibility and spiked recovery,making it suitable for the qualitative and quantitative detection of adipate and citrate plasticizers in biodegradable materials.
