摘 要:基于模流仿真软件对分离罐产品进行模流分析,结合产品工艺参数,设计三种浇口位置方案,根据流动前沿温度、熔接线、缩痕估算和充填时间的分析结果,优选出一种方案,并设计一种爪形浇口并结合浇注系统进一步模拟分析。结果表明:采用方案三(浇口在底部区域),流动前沿温度的温差与缩痕值均最小,熔接线较少,填充时间与方案一(浇口在顶部边缘环处)接近。爪形浇口流动前沿温度的温差较方案三降低了15.2%,充填时间较方案三缩短了9.4%。浇口位置应靠近中轴线与产品复杂结构区域附近以降低成型缺陷。本实验缩短了分离罐产品设计周期,降低了模具制造成本,实现了均匀型腔温度、降低成型缺陷、提升成型质量的目的,为分离罐浇口位置选取与其模具制造提供借鉴。Based on the Moldflow simulation software,the Moldflow analysis of the separation tank products was carried out.Combined with the product process parameters,three gate location schemes were designed,and a scheme was selected according to the analysis results of the flow front temperature,weld line,shrinkage estimation and filling time.A claw gate was designed and combined with the pouring system for further simulation analysis.The results show that the temperature difference and shrinkage value of the flow front temperature of the scheme 3(the gate is in the bottom area)are the smallest,the weld line is less,and the filling time is close to that of the scheme 1(the gate is at the top edge ring).Compared with the scheme 3,the temperature difference of the flow front of the claw gate is reduced by 15.2%,and the filling time is shortened by 9.4%.The gate location should be close to the central axis and the complex structure area of the product to reduce forming defects.The study shorterns the product design cycle of the separation tank,reduces the mold manufacturing cost,and achieves the purpose of uniforming cavity temperature,reducing molding defects,and improving molding quality,which provides reference for the selection of the gate position of the separation tank and its mold manufacturing.
