摘 要:乙交酯是合成生物降解塑料新品种聚乙醇酸的关键单体,而合成乙交酯的关键性问题是提高收率和纯度。文章综述了目前国内外乙交酯的合成方法,包括卤代乙酸脱卤法、聚合-解聚两步法和一步法,介绍了各方法的合成特点,并对方法中存在的优缺点进行总结,进一步对粗乙交酯的精制提纯方法进行综述。目前,乙交酯的合成主要通过聚合-解聚两步法实现,该方法相较于卤代乙酸脱卤法具有更高的产物收率和纯度。结合聚乙醇酸的研究进展与应用情况,展望了乙交酯合成和提纯技术的发展前景。Glycolide is a key monomer for the synthesis of a new biodegradable plastic called polyglycolic acid,and the key problem in the synthesis of glycolide is to improve the yield and purity.The synthesis methods of glycolide both at home and abroad are reviewed,including the halogenated acetic acid dehalogenation method,the polymerization-depolymerization two-step method,and the one-step method.The synthesis characteristics of each method are introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of each method are summarized.The purification methods of crude glycolide are further reviewed.At present,the synthesis of glycolide is mainly achieved by a two-step polymerization-depolymerization method,which has a higher product yield and purity than the halogenated acetic acid dehalogenation method.Combined with the research progress and application of polyglycolic acid,the development prospect of glycolide synthesis and purification technology is projected.
