摘　　要：消光性能好的产品表面光线柔且漫反射均匀,在实际的生产过程中有很多因素影响聚烯烃薄膜的消光性能,如聚烯烃材料类型、改性方法、成型工艺、结晶度和熔体流动状态等。文章介绍了国内外消光膜工艺技术和材料的发展,综述了聚烯烃消光膜的消光机理和光学性能的影响因素,阐述了不同材料和工艺制备的消光膜的性能特点,并对聚烯烃消光膜的应用发展进行展望。The surface of the product with good matting performance exhibits soft light and uniform diffuse reflection.In the actual production process,many factors affects the matting performance of polyolefin films,such as polyolefin material type,modification method,molding process,crystallinity,and melt flow state.The paper introduces the development of the matting film technology and materials both domestically and abroad,summarizes the matting mechanism of polyolefin matting film and the influencing factors on optical properties,expounds on the performance characteristics of matting films prepared using different materials and processes,and looks forward to the application and development of polyolefin matting film.
