新时代地域文化的传承主体及其创新实践——以湖北省级非遗项目向坝民歌之个案为例

摘　　要：新时代中国文化建设以弘扬优秀传统文化为显著特色,其中以涵括地域文化在内的非遗保护与传承为重要内容。习近平总书记的文化传承发展座谈会讲话为理解中华优秀传统文化的传承与发展提供了宏观视野,对非遗传承人纳入文化传承领域来研究提供了宝贵指南。地域文化的传承主体是非遗传承人,运用口述志方法以发掘其作为非遗资源的地域文化品格。论文以湖北省级非遗项目向坝民歌为个案,深入访谈其传承人杨福凤的生活史,研究其和地域文化传承之间的内在关系。地域文化传承主体的生活史,折射了“人”的心灵成长历程;以民歌中的故事为对象,展现民间经验及其人生智慧;民歌传承的能动性和创造性特点,显现出传承主体在新时代的文化创新实践,为地域文化的创新发展提供一定的理论借鉴。The construction of Chinese culture in the new era is characterized by promoting excellent traditional culture,with the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage as an important content,including regional culture.General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speech at the Symposium on Cultural Inheritance and Development provides a macro vision for understanding the inheritance and development of outstanding traditional Chinese culture,and a valuable guide for Intangible Cultural Heritage inheritors to be included in the field of cultural inheritance for study.The inheritance subject of regional culture is the inheritor of intangible cultural heritage,who uses the method of oral chronicles to explore the function of itself as an intangible cultural heritage resource,meanwhile as one part of regional culture.The paper takes the Hubei Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage Project Xiangba Folk Song as a case study,conducts in-depth interviews on its inheritor Yang Fufeng’s life history,and studies the internal relationship between his life history and regional cultural inheritance.The life history of the subject of regional cultural inheritance reflects the spiritual growth process of“human”;Using stories in folk songs as objects to showcase folk experiences and life wisdom;The initiative and creative characteristics of folk song inheritance demonstrate the cultural innovation practice of the inheritor in the new era,providing a certain theoretical reference for the innovative development of regional culture.
