摘 要:煤炭资源是中国的重要资源之一,煤炭采掘主要依赖于巷道快速掘进工艺。然而,当前的巷道掘进工艺在提高采煤效率的同时,也存在着安全隐患、污染等问题。因此,有必要研究开发新的煤矿巷道快速掘进工艺,以提高采煤效率、降低采掘成本、减少污染、保障煤炭采掘的安全性。分析了影响煤矿巷道掘进速度的主要因素,通过阐述掘进施工过程使用的掘进机械和支护结构,提出了有针对性的改进和优化措施,以期为煤矿巷道快速掘进作业提供一定的理论和实践指导。Coal resources are one of China's important resources,and coal mining mainly relies on rapid tunneling technology.However,the current tunneling technology not only improves coal mining efficiency,but also poses safety hazards and pollution problems.Therefore,it is necessary to research and develop new rapid excavation techniques for coal mine tunnels in order to improve coal mining efficiency,reduce mining costs,reduce pollution,and ensure the safety of coal mining.The main factors affecting the excavation speed of coal mine tunnels were analyzed.By elaborating on the excavation machinery and support structures used in the excavation construction process,targeted improvement and optimization measures were proposed,in order to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the rapid excavation operation of coal mine tunnels.
