摘 要:黑龙煤业2201综放工作面停采线附近存留较难回采的三角煤。为最大限度回收停采线附近煤炭资源,经过现场调研,结合2201综放工作面围岩性质进行理论分析,讨论了实中心调斜和虚中心调斜技术特点。根据2201综放工作面实际工程条件,最终确定采用虚中心调斜技术,并提出了工作面安全回采保障技术措施。现场工业性试验表明,运用调斜与安全回采技术多回采煤炭资源约2.65×10~4t,取得了显著的经济效益。Aiming at the triangle coal remaining near the stop-mining line of 2201 fully-mechanized caving face of Heilong Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,in order to maximize the recovery of coal resources near the stop-mining line,a theoretical analysis was conducted based on on-site research and the properties of the surrounding rock of 2201 fully-mechanized caving face,and the technical characteristics of oblique adjustment with real center and oblique adjustment with virtual center were discussed.Based on the actual engineering conditions of 2201 fully-mechanized caving face,the oblique adjustment with virtual center was finally determined to be used,and the safety mining guarantee technology for the working face was proposed.On site industrial tests have shown that the use of oblique adjustment and safe mining techniques has resulted in the extraction of 2.65 × 10~4t of coal resources,achieving significant economic and social benefits.
