摘 要:液压支架作为煤矿综采系统的关键设备,在整个综采工作中起着支护工作面顶板,使工作人员在安全环境中操作采掘设备的作用,其安全性和可靠性直接关系着煤矿生产的安全性和高效性。受综采工作面复杂环境的影响,液压支架会发生倒架和滑架的故障,严重影响煤矿生产。从液压支架的发展及其结构、工作原理出发,详细分析了其倒架、滑架的原因,进而提出了防倒与防滑的措施,希望对生产实际有帮助作用。As the key equipment of fully-mechanized mining system of coal mines,hydraulic supports play the role of supporting the roof of the working face in the whole fully-mechanized mining work,so that the staff can operate the mining equipment in a safe environment,and its safety and reliability are directly related to the safety and efficiency of coal mine production.Under the influence of complex environment of fully-mechanized mining face,the hydraulic support will fail in slip and toppling,which will seriously affect coal mine production.Based on the development,structure and working principles of hydraulic supports,the reasons of support slip and toppling were analyzed in detail,and then the anti-slip and anti-toppling measures were put forward,hoping to be helpful to production practice.
