摘 要:目的 以普通外科学为例,探讨医学生课程思政教育对其职业道德观念培养的影响。方法 2020年1—12月,在佳木斯大学临床医学专业普通外科学的教学中未采取课程思政改革,选择某班50名学生为对照组;2021年1—12月,在佳木斯大学临床医学专业普通外科学的教学中采取课程思政改革,选择某班50名学生为观察组。对比两组学生的职业道德评分、本学期期末考试成绩和教学满意度。结果 教学前,两组学生的行医求仁信念评分、无私奉献精神评分、以人为本原则评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);教学后,观察组以上评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组考试成绩、教学满意度均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在普通外科学课堂上添加课程思政元素,有助于提升医学生的思政水平,推动医学生职业道德观念的养成。Objective To explore the influnence of ideological and political education in the curriculum of medical students in cultivating their professional ethics,taking general surgery as an example.Methods From January to December 2020,in the teaching of general surgery in the clinical medicine major at Jiamusi University,no curriculum ideological and political reform was adopted,and 50 students from a certain class were selected as the control group;From January to December 2021,a curriculum ideological and political reform was adopted in the teaching of general surgery in clinical medicine at Jiamusi University,with 50 students from a certain class selected as the observation group.Compare the professional ethics scores,final exam scores for this semester,and teaching satisfaction between two groups of students.Results Before teaching,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the score of belief in seeking benevolence,selfless dedication and people-oriented principle(P>0.05).After teaching,the above scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The test scores and teaching satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adding ideological and political elements to the general surgery classroom can help improve the ideological and political level of medical students and promote the cultivation of their professional ethics.
