摘 要:目的:观察经筋辨证结合体外冲击波疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:选取2020年10月—2021年10月于福建省立医院康复科就诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组接受经筋辨证结合体外冲击波治疗,对照组接受单纯的局部痛点体外冲击波治疗。记录比较两组治疗前及末次治疗后当天视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)、腰部前屈活动度,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,JOA高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后腰部前屈活动度和疗效比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:经筋辨证结合体外冲击波疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症,能有效减轻患者的疼痛,改善腰椎功能。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of syndrome differentiation of meridian-tendon combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Method:A total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated in the Rehabilitation Department of Fujian Provincial Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with syndrome differentiation of meridian-tendon combined with extracorporeal shock wave,and the control group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave therapy with simple local pain points.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Japanese orthopaedic association scores(JOA)and lumbar front pike motion before treatment and the same day after the last treatment of the two groups were recorded and compared,and the clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,VAS score of observation group was lower than that of control group,JOA of observation group was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in lumbar front pike motion after treatment and efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Syndrome differentiation of meridian-tendon combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can effectively reduce the pain of patients and improve the lumbar function.
