摘  要:不孕症是指一对夫妇正常无保护措施的性行为至少一年仍不能妊娠。铁死亡是以铁依赖的膜结构脂质过氧化损害为主要特征,进而引起细胞氧化应激而死亡的一种新型程序性死亡形态。其敏感性受多种代谢过程的影响,例如,铁代谢、脂质代谢、氧化应激及生物合成谷胱甘肽等。多项研究表明铁死亡参与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)、子宫内膜异位症、子宫内膜炎等不孕症相关疾病的发生发展。本文综述了铁死亡的生物特征、发生机制及其在不孕症相关疾病中的研究进展,以期为不孕症相关性疾病的诊断及治疗提供新思路。Infertility refers to the inability of a couple to conceive after at least one year of normal unprotected sexual intercourse.Ferroptosis is a new form of programmed death characterized by iron-dependent lipid peroxidation damage to membrane structures,which in turn causes cell oxidative stress and death.Its sensitivity is affected by various metabolic processes,such as iron metabolism,lipid metabolism,oxidative stress and glutathione biosynthesis.Multiple studies have shown that ferroptosis is involved in the occurrence and development of infertility-related diseases such as polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),endometriosis,and endometritis.This article reviews the biological characteristics and mechanisms of ferroptosis and its research progress in infertilityrelated diseases,with a view to providing new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of infertility-related diseases.
