摘 要:为提高SBS改性沥青的高温稳定性和抗老化性能,选择层状硅酸盐的一种有机化蛭石(OEVMT)以不同的掺量制备OEVMT/SBS复合改性沥青。试验采用薄膜烘箱老化(TFOT)模拟制备、施工过程中的老化,采用压力老化(PAV)模拟服役过程中的老化。在不同的温度下进行动态剪切流变试验(DSR)和弯曲蠕变劲度试验(BBR),得到复数剪切模量、相位角、蠕变速率和劲度模量等流变指标,并分析老化前后流变指标的变化。结果表明OEVMT显著提高了SBS改性沥青的高温性能,减小了老化对沥青低温性能的不利影响,提高了SBS改性沥青的抗老化性能,综合分析掺量为3%时,改性效果最佳。In order to improve the high temperature stability and aging resistance of SBS-modified asphalt,an organicized vermiculite(OEVMT)of layered silicate was selected to prepare OEVMT/SBS composite modified asphalt at different contents.The test used a thin film oven test(TFOT)to simulate aging during preparation and construction,and the pressure aging vessel(PAV)test to simulate aging in service.Dynamic shear rheology(DSR)and bending beam rheometer(BBR)tests were carried out at different temperatures to obtain the rheological indexes such as complex shear modulus,phase angle,creep rate and strength modulus,and to analyze the changes in rheological indexes before and after aging.The results showed that OEVMT significantly improved the high-temperature performance of SBS-modified asphalt,reduced the adverse effects of aging on the low-temperature performance of asphalt,and improved the anti-aging performance of asphalt,and the comprehensive modification effect is the best when the content is 3%.
