腐蚀屏蔽物质对管道用酚醛环氧树脂涂层的性能影响研究

摘  要:有机涂层是抑制管道腐蚀的最常见方法,而实现防腐蚀作用的关键在于涂层屏蔽腐蚀介质的能力。本文利用对照方法,研究两种腐蚀屏蔽物质聚四氟乙烯和磷钼酸锌对涂层基本性能、耐化学介质性能和耐高温高压性能的影响。结果表明聚四氟乙烯会对涂层基本性能产生负面影响,而磷钼酸锌能够增强涂层的基本性能,这是因为聚四氟乙烯与涂料的相容性较差;两种物质均能够增强涂层的耐化学介质和耐高温高压性能,且聚四氟乙烯的效果更好,这是因为两种涂层均能够延长腐蚀介质的渗透通路长度,从而增强涂层的腐蚀介质屏蔽效果,聚四氟乙烯对涂层疏水性的增强作用使涂层抵抗腐蚀介质渗透的能力更强。Organic coating is the most common method to inhibit pipeline corrosion,and the key to achieve the anti-corrosion effect is the ability of the coating to shield the corrosive medium.In this paper,the effects of two corrosion shielding substances,polytetrafluoroethylene and zinc phosphomolybdate,on the basic properties,chemical medium resistance and high temperature and high pressure resistance of the coating were studied.The results show that polytetrafluoroethylene has a negative effect on the basic properties of the coating,while zinc phosphomolybdate can enhance the basic properties of the coating.This is due to the poor compatibility of polytetrafluoroethylene with paint.However,both substances can enhance the resistance of the coating to chemical media and high temperature and high pressure,and the effect of polytetrafluoroethylene is better.This is because both coatings can extend the penetration path length of the corrosive medium,thereby enhancing the corrosive medium shielding effect of the coating.The enhanced hydrophobicity of polytetrafluoroethylene makes the coating more resistant to the penetration of corrosive media.
