摘  要:选用PFI磨浆处理的湿竹浆为纤维素原料,经过2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵(EPTAC)化学预处理和高压均质机械拆解分离,制备了水溶性的改性竹纤维(Q-NFC)分散液,并通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)、红外光谱等方法对其进行了表征。研究结果表明,将Q-NFC与天然橡胶共混,所得到的天然橡胶/Q-NFC复合材料具有优异的性能,同时随着Q-NFC用量的增加,复合橡胶材料的拉伸强度逐渐增大而后变小,撕裂强度和韧性逐渐降低,混炼胶的焦烧时间延长,硫化速率也有一定的提升。Water soluble modified Bamboo textile(Q-NFC)dispersion was prepared by using wet bamboo pulp treated with PFI as the raw material of cellulose,followed by 2,3-epoxy propyltrimethylammonium chloride(EPTAC)chemical pretreatment and high-pressure homogenization mechanical disassembly separation,and was characterized by Transmission electron microscopy(TEM),infrared spectrum and other methods.Research shows that the natural rubber/Q-NFC composite material obtained by blending Q-NFC with natural rubber has excellent properties,with the increase of Q-NFC dosage,the tensile strength of the composite rubber material gradually increases and then decreases,the tear strength and toughness gradually decrease,the scorching time of the mixed rubber is prolonged,and the vulcanization rate also increases to a certain extent.
