摘  要:目的:考察采用响应面法优化提取树莓果多糖的工艺条件,并确定最佳工艺条件。方法:以树莓果为原料,蒸馏水为溶剂,采用超声波辅助提取开展单因素实验,采用Design-Expert 8.0.6.trial软件进行响应面优化设计,并对试验所得的数据进行多次二项回归拟合,并根据实际情况选出最佳的提取工艺条件。结果:提取温度为80.11℃,提取时间50.05 min,提取功率60.61 W为最佳工艺条件,树莓果多糖提取率最高,实际测得值为12.16%,与理论值12.17%接近。结论:在保证提取方法准确可行的前提下,平行实验与响应面法的树莓果多糖提取率实际值和预测值相接近,说明响应面法优化树莓果多糖的工艺参数切实可行。Objective:The work aims to use response surface method to optimize the extraction conditions of raspberry polysaccharide and determine the best technological conditions.Methods:Using raspberry as raw material and distilled water as solvent,ultrasonic assisted extraction was used to carry out single-factor experiment to observe the effect on the extraction rate of polysaccharide.The response surface optimization design was carried out by using the Design-Expert 8.0.6.trial software,and the data obtained from the experiment were fitted by binomial regression several times.The optimal extraction process conditions were selected according to the actual situation.Results:The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:extraction temperature of 80.11℃,extraction time of 50.05 min,extraction power of 60.61 W.Under these conditions,the extraction yield of raspberry polysaccharide was the highest,the actual value was 12.16%,which was close to the theoretical value of 12.17%.Conclusion:Under the premise of ensuring the accuracy and feasibility of the extraction method,the actual value of the extraction yield of raspberry polysaccharide was close to the predicted value of the parallel experiment and the response surface method,which indicated that it was feasible to optimize the technological parameters of raspberry polysaccharide by response surface method.
