摘　　要：电石炉作为电石生产过程的主体生产设备,已广泛应用到我国的电石行业。但在使用过程中还存在较多问题,给企业生产造成不同程度的经济损失,不利于电石行业的发展。为提高电石的生产效率,文章主要围绕电石炉的电石炉导电系统、净化系统、液压系统、出炉系统等4大项常见检修故障进行了阐述,并提出具体处理措施,旨在为相关从业者提供一定参考。Calcium carbide furnace has been widely used in China's calcium carbide industry as the main production equipment of calcium carbide production process.However,there are still many problems in the use process,causing different degrees of economic losses to the production of enterprises,which is not conducive to the development of calcium carbide industry.In order to improve the production efficiency of calcium carbide,this article mainly discusses four common maintenance faults of calcium carbide furnace conduction system,purification system,hydraulic system,and furnace system,and puts forward specific treatment measures,aiming to provide a certain reference for relevant practitioners.
