摘　　要：结合济南炼化污水汽提装置原料含硫污水罐区运行期间出现的一些问题,通过分析装置工艺流程存在的风险隐患,分别对装置氮封系统、污油罐和水封罐进行了相应改造升级,提高装置本质安全水平,保证装置安全稳定运行。Combined with some problems occurred during the operation of the raw sewage tank of Jinan Refining and Chemical Sewage Stripping Unit,the nitrogen sealing system,slop oil tank and water sealed tank of the unit were respectively upgraded by analyzing the risks and hidden dangers in the process flow of the unit,so as to improve the Intrinsic safety level of the unit and ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
