摘　　要：化工危险品是指具有易燃、易爆、剧毒、腐蚀、放射性等危险特性,能够对人体健康、生态环境和公共安全造成危害的化学品。化工危险品在海路运输中,不仅要遵守道路运输的相关法律法规和技术标准,还要考虑海洋环境的特殊性和复杂性,因此面临着更多的安全风险和挑战。从化工危险品在海路运输的现状、安全风险、风险分析等方面进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策思考,以期为化工危险品在海路运输中的安全风险管理提供参考。Chemical hazardous materials refer to chemicals that have hazardous properties such as flammability,explosiveness,toxicity,corrosion,and radioactivity,and can pose a threat to human health,ecological environment,and public safety.In the transportation of hazardous chemicals by sea,not only do they need to comply with relevant laws,regulations,and technical standards for road transportation,but also consider the particularity and complexity of the marine environment,thus facing more safety risks and challenges.This article analyzes the current situation,safety risks,and risk analysis of chemical hazardous materials in sea transportation,and proposes corresponding countermeasures to provide reference for the safety risk management of chemical hazardous materials in sea transportation.
