摘　　要：以山东省临沂市某新建钢铁企业综合废水处理项目为例,系统讨论了“预处理+超滤(UF)+一级反渗透(RO)+二级反渗透(RO)+电去离子(EDI)”污水处理工艺在2022年某月的实际运行情况,数据显示,一级RO、二级RO、EDI工序废水平均回收率分别为76%,89%,92%;处理后废水的pH值、电导率、硬度、碱度、氯离子、溶解性总固体(TDS)等主要指标,分别满足不同生产工序用水要求。污水处理站直接运行成本为0.83元/m^(3)。实践表明,该污水处理工艺设计合理、运行稳定,为钢铁企业综合废水处理及污水“零排放”提供了一种可行的方法。Taking the comprehensive wastewater treatment project of a new steel enterprise in Linyi City,Shandong Province as an example,introduce the wastewater treatment process of"pretreatment+ultrafiltration(UF)+primary reverse osmosis(RO)+secondary reverse osmosis(RO)+electrodeionization(EDI)".The actual operation in a certain month in 2022 shows that the average recoveries of primary RO,secondary RO and EDI are 76%,89%and 92%respectively.The pH value,conductivity,hardness,alkalinity,chloride ion and total dissolved solids(TDS)of the treated wastewater meet the water requirements of different production processes.The direct operation cost of the wastewater treatment station is 0.83 yuan/m^(3).The practice shows that the wastewater treatment process is reasonable in design and stable in operation.It provides a feasible method for comprehensive wastewater treatment in similar iron and steel enterprises,wastewater reuse and“zero emission”.
